The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where a term is used in the singular, it includes the plural and vice versa. Where a term is used in the masculine, it includes all genders.

Term	Meaning
"nagar88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us"	The online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nagar88, including all associated services, applications, and content.
"Player" / "you" / "user"	Any individual who registers an account with nagar88 and accesses the Platform's gaming or betting services.
"Account"	The individual player account created upon successful registration on nagar88, used to access all services and hold the player's BDT balance.
"Balance"	The total funds held within a player's account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credit, free bet credit, or incentive balance credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements as distinct from real-money deposits.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a player must wager using bonus funds — calculated as a stated multiple of the bonus amount — before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process nagar88 may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
"Eligible Territory"	Any jurisdiction in which accessing the nagar88 Platform is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on nagar88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not have an existing account on nagar88 that has been suspended or permanently closed by the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nagar88 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.

nagar88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe, nagar88 may suspend access to the account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the nagar88 Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. nagar88 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for a player's failure to comply with local laws.

To access the full range of gaming and betting services on nagar88, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules govern registration and ongoing account security:

One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on nagar88. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. nagar88 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nagar88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical bonuses and withdrawals arising from those accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details — including a false date of birth, false name, or a payment method not registered in your own name — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. nagar88 recommends the use of a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nagar88 support immediately at support@nagar88.

KYC Verification

nagar88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account. nagar88 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts with outstanding KYC requirements.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit Processing

Withdrawal Processing

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.

Own Funds and Payment Methods

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Use of a payment method registered to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension. nagar88 is not responsible for losses arising from transactions made using a payment method belonging to a third party.

nagar88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before any winnings generated from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of ৳20,000 in wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotional terms and are measured from the date and time of bonus credit, in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: Typically contribute 100% of wager value toward the wagering requirement.
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): Contribution rates vary by promotion — check individual bonus terms.
• Sports Betting markets: Contribution rates vary by sport, market type, and minimum odds — stated per promotion.

Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

nagar88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk, hedged, or systematically structured bets designed to complete wagering requirements while minimising exposure to genuine risk; exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting; and coordinating with other players to collectively abuse promotional offers. nagar88's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

nagar88 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including during the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day on 16 December, and Independence Day on 26 March. Specific terms for these promotions are published on the Platform at the time of the promotion and take precedence over any general bonus terms for the duration of that promotion.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on nagar88. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you accept these rules unconditionally.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on nagar88 — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. nagar88 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement in circumstances where the outcome is subject to official review, appeal, or where nagar88 suspects irregular activity in relation to a particular event or market.

In-play (live) bets are accepted at nagar88's discretion and are subject to the odds available at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed at the time the selection is made. Network latency is the player's responsibility. nagar88 will not reinstate bets refused due to the player's connection delay.

Casino and Slots

All casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers; live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash games from Spribe — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. nagar88 does not alter or influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game provider and are available on request.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session, the round affected will be voided and the wager for that round returned to your account balance. nagar88 is not liable for losses arising from internet connection issues on the player's side.

Bet Acceptance

This includes the right to impose maximum win limits, maximum stake limits, or reduced odds on specific players or markets. Such restrictions may be applied without prior notice and without liability to the affected player.

Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, paylines, jackpot amounts, or other game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error (whether human or technical), nagar88 reserves the right to void any bets or wins arising from the error, correct the displayed information, and — where applicable — return the original stake to the player. Obvious errors are determined at nagar88's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nagar88. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of the identity or payment method used for each account.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using another person's payment method or identity documents without their explicit authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, bonus system, or promotional mechanism through technical means, software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus outcomes.
• Participating in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where you are aware of that prohibition.
• Placing bets while in possession of privileged information not available to the general public that could influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or perform denial-of-service attacks on the nagar88 Platform infrastructure.
• Sharing login credentials with other persons or allowing third parties to operate your account.

nagar88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any of the conduct described in Section 7 above, failure to complete KYC verification, extended account inactivity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your nagar88 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@nagar88. Upon receipt of a closure request, nagar88 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before deactivating the account. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool as described on the Responsible Gaming page, which provides a more permanent and enforceable form of account restriction than a standard closure request.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. nagar88 will attempt to notify the registered account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity status. Accounts that remain inactive for a further 12-month period following the inactivity notification may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Once the real-money balance reaches zero, the account may be formally closed. Bonus fund balances will be forfeited at the point an inactivity status is applied.

Effects of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by nagar88 — all active bonuses, pending free bets, and promotional credits are forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in the account at the point of closure (after deduction of any applicable fees and resolution of any investigations) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

Amendments to These Terms

nagar88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
